The petitioner seeks bail in Goraul P.S. Case No. 282 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made Katta has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2020. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional
