Matter is thereafter taken up and heard on the merits. It is a misplaced kind of appeal which has been filed on behalf of the appellant because the learned single Judge has rightly held that there was no occasion to grant interest on socalled delayed payment. The 6th Pay Revision Committee's recommendation of enhancing the gratuity from 3.5 lakhs to 10 lakhs was notified by the State Government only in the month of May, 2013, the calculation has been done thereafter and payments have been
