2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.200 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,
