JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-07-2019 Mr. Din Bandhu Singh, learned advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to challenge the order dated 15.09.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.

Permission is accorded.

Should such an appeal be filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.13570 of 2019(2) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 by the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram within a further period of six weeks thereafter. Needless to state that the District Magistrate shall not pass any order without affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other stake holders.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
