The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. At the time of appointment, petitioner furnished all the relevant documents and after verification of those documents by the competent authority,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46973 of 2022(3) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 petitioner was appointed to the aforesaid post. Petitioner has committed no offence.

However counsel for State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that pursuant to an order passed by High Court, an enquiry was conducted in which the matriculation certificate submitted by the petitioner was found forged and fabricated.

Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
