In pursuance of order dated 29.11.2017, the

Patna High Court MJC No.2727 of 2015 (13) dt.15-12-2017 2/3 Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar and the Director, Higher Education, Department of Education, Government of Bihar are also present. A show cause has also been filed explaining true circumstances and the delay caused by the department in disposal of the question of affiliation which was pending with the Government vide Annexure - J dated 27.11.2017, it appears that the question of affiliation now stands disposed of and the Government has rejected the same by means of a reasoned order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, submits that in view of the compliance of the order passed, he shall pursue the appropriate remedy in accordance with law. So far as the delay is concerned, the concerned functionaries have submitted that it was occasioned on account of certain LPA which was pending before this Court regarding two colleges which were parties to C.W.J.C. No. 9085 of 1999 and due to procedure which followed after its disposal on 29.09.2016, thereafter, the department has taken necessary steps and passed appropriate orders. Considering the explanation offered and now as the matter has been set to rest by passing of Annexure-J, the
