In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.166 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed rape upon the complainant by allurement of marriage, however, from the records, it appears that it is the case of consentual sex. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand
