Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6/8/10 of the POCSO Act in connection with Choraut P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018.

The report of the learned trial Judge would reveal that only Investigating Officer and the Doctor are to be examined as prosecution witnesses. Other prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Allegation is of commission of rape on a girl aged about two years.

In the past prayer for bail was refused vide order at Annexure-2.
