Petitioner seeks bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No.218 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 38, 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 71 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the dickey of the Swift Dzire Car. It is alleged that two persons were found sitting in the car, namely, Bablu Kumar (petitioner) and Sunny Kumar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41920 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.218 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
