JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 19.10.2015 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No.238 of 2014 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.
