2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 15 liters of countrymade liquor has been recovered from a thrown sack near the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
