The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.56 of 2012 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that cousin brother of the informant, Md. Kamram was lynched to death by four persons named in the FIR and 10-15 unknown miscreants and the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
