This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Dinara (Bhanas) P.S.Case No. 313/2014, disclosing offences under sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the victim and is an accused under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of anticipatory bail. This application is, accordingly, rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be
