JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 320 of 2021 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the first information report has been lodged after two years. Petitioner has no criminal history.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
