The instant application has been filed alleging violation of the directions contained in order dated 2.2.2024 passed in CWJC no.12740 of 2015 whereby while quashing the order dated 4.4.2015 passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Aurangabad, the Court held the petitioner to be entitled for salary for the period from 20.3.2008 to 30.3.2012 and further directed that the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Aurangabad will pay the same within a period of four months.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.4. On perusal of the same and more particularly paragraph no.8 thereof, it transpire that arrears of the salary for the aforesaid period which comes to the tune of Rs.8,07,463/- has been paid to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the Court is of the opinion that the directions contained in the order dated 2.2.2024 from which the instant contempt application arises stands complied with.

5. The application stands disposed of.
