2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed murder of his minor daughter, Neha Kumari with the assistance of the co-accused persons and disappeared the dead body of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the

There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is of honour killing. It is further submitted that the witness, Dharmendra Hazam, has supported the prosecution case. As per para-40 of the case diary, which is mentioned in the impugned order, the petitioner has also confessed guilt that he along with other co-accused persons assaulted Neha Kumari due to which she died and threw her dead body in the Ganga River. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the father of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the specific and heinous nature of offence against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is rejected in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Buxar.
