ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 135 of the Bihar Electricity Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to deposit a sum of rupees ten thousand in the Court below which shall be subject to the final result of the case. In view of the bonafide offer made by the petitioner, let the petitioner deposit a sum of rupees ten thousand within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15777 of 2016 (5) dt.03-08-2016 P2/2 the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 65/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
