JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Personal presence of two Treasury Officers is now stands dispensed with. If only they had bothered to perform their duty as a matter of routine, there would have been no occasion for the Court to summon them all the way from Navgachiya and Bhagalpur.

I hope they will keep in mind that in future, matters of such kind are not dragged a long and delayed in settlement of claim, which will compel the Court to summon them again. The Court is not testing the bona-fide of the explanation for the personal appearance could have been very well avoided with the little effort on their part.

Patna High Court MJC No.3463 of 2015 (4) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 Contempt application now stands disposed off in view of the fact that pension etc. has been credited in the account of the petitioner.
