The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2225(C) of 2013 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of the allegation as also the fact that the present case arises from a complaint and the petitioner is reported to a man of clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on
