In pursuance of the order, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1139 of 2009, the Principal Secretary of Pollution Control Board, by its Notification No. 09 dated 12.09.2016, has granted the relief, but the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the opposite parties have not complied the order of this Court. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, he may challenge the order. For the present is consigned.
