JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- 1(i). That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) in the nature of mandamus for a direction to the concerned respondent especially respondent no. 2 i.e. the District Magistrate, Samastipur to grant the benefit of 1st ACP due from 22.02.2001; 2nd MACP due from 22.02.2009 and 3rd MACP due from 22.02.2019 to the petitioner and to fix her pay accordingly as per the rules.

(ii). That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) in the nature of mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.16481 of 2021(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 for a direction to the concerned respondent especially respondent no. 2 i.e. the District Magistrate, Samastipur to grant the due arrears from the date when the benefits under the 1st ACP, 2nd MACP and 3rd MACP fell due to the petitioner along with interests thereupon."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState has submitted, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that the petitioner has already been granted the benefits of ACP / MACP scheme and in acknowledgment of the same, the petitioner has written a letter dated 26.8.2022 to the Block Development Officer, Rosera, wherein it has been stated that all the grievances have now stood redressed. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
