The present petition has been filed for appointment of Arbitrator for deciding the dispute and difference between the petitioner and the respondents in connection with the work of " Development of Birchand Patel Marg as Model Road in ABD Area with Streetscape Design, Beautification Landscaping, Junction Improvement and Infrastructure upgrades under Smart Cities Mission" vide Agreement dated 11.02.2019 and Supplementary agreement dated 17.06.2020.

Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.57 of 2021 dt.27-10-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to take recourse to the relevant provisions of settlement of disputes, as contained in Clause 26 of the agreement dated 11.02.2019 (Annexure-2 Page 18).

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents shall take a decision on the petitioner's request expeditiously and positively within the period stipulated under the clause.
