It is stated that the price has been determined under the Essential Commodities Act by the Central Government and at the same rate, the sugar should be distributed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14803 of 2016 dt.03-04-2017 2/2 February, 2002, i.e. more than 14 years back and now taking nature of the changed circumstances, we are not inclined to take any steps in this public interest litigation. The petitioner may take up the issue with the State Government or the Statutory authorities, who are in a better position to look into the matter.
