The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2023 in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/363/366A/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4/17 of the POCSO Act.

As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was kidnapped on point of pistol by the accused persons.

It has been submitted that the victim was in love with Faiyaz Mian (petitioner) and the victim eloped with the petitioner. It has also come that the parties have settled their dispute.

No.46640 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2021.
