2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 342, 386, 387, 120B of the IPC has been added.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order
