Although the petitioner while questioning his order of suspension passed by the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, has also questioned the departmental proceedings so initiated but on call it is stated at the bar by Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner that final orders have since been passed in the departmental proceedings.

Although, Mr.

Singh seeks permission to amend the present writ petition in view of the development but in my opinion considering the issue raised in

Patna High Court CWJC No.10554 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2016 the present writ petition it would be advisable for the petitioner to question the final orders passed in the departmental proceedings in a self-contained comprehensive writ petition. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the liberty aforementioned.
