2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2023, dated 09.03.2023, Corresponding to G.R. No. 577 of 2023, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation made in the F.I.R, eight named accused including the petitioners fired four round on the informant in his house.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that general and omnibus allegations have been made against eight named accused persons. No specific allegations have been levelled against the petitioners. There is no allegation of any injury caused by the petitioners.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the nature of allegation being general and omnibus against the petitioners and no any injury has been caused by the petitioners, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 577 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
