2. This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50216 of 2015 for extension of time to surrender before the learned court below.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners were working in Punjab at the time of passing of the order of this Court and hence, the same could not be communicated for enabling them to surrender within the permitted time.

4. For the reasons stated, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below and furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3084 of 2016 (3) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 bonds in terms of order dated 06.11.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 50216 of 2015 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
