2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excixe P.S. Case No. 608 C2 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 37 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he has consumed illicit liquor and the petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additonal Session Judge V-cum-Exclusive Special Court-II, Excise Act Lakhisarai in connection with Excixe P.S. Case No. 608 C2 of 2023.
