2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the two persons have been killed by the accused persons. Petitioner is mother of the deceased girl. The killing have happened because both the deceased were having an affair. The petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 11.05.2023.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering that petitioner is a lady, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S.
