Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph no.1 of the petition. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation the complainant has given money for execution of the sale deed. Neither money has been returned nor sale deed has been executed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire

No.20990 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 money has been paid and there is no outstanding dues which is apparently clear from the receipt which he has granted bearing his signature and that has been witnessed by two persons. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Birendra Kumar Verma, Adarsh Birendra and Rekha Verma, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Complaint Case No.931 C/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
