The petitioner seeks bail in Sanjahuli P.S. Case No. 58 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 199 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a vehicle of which this petitioner was one of the occupants. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The vehicle in question does not belong to this petitioner and he has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody coupled with the
