2. The petitioner seeks to file election petition before

Patna High Court CWJC No.11900 of 2023(2) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 the Registrar, Cooperative Societies. He has informed that certified copy of the certificate has not been given to him till date in spite of the fact that the petitioner had applied for it on 08.06.2023.

3. The petitioner may file election petition before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies. The Registrar, Cooperative Societies, is directed to call for the required records including the certificate issued to the returning candidate and decide the matter after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the election petition.

4. With aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
