The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 312 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 398, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown person yet he has not been put on TIP.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that with reference to the prosecution case there is allegation against 15 to 16 unknown persons that they have made attempt to break the ATM of Central Bank, Chehrakala Market. However, the cash chest was intact and therefore, no financial loss occasion on account of incident. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., yet he has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 312 of 2017.
