2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to consider the appointment of petitioner on any post of Bihar Special Armed Police-12 Bhimnagar, Supaul on compassionate ground as the father of petitioner died in harness leaving behind petitioner and his step mother along with her two children and petitioner is eldest son of the deceased employee."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation dated 16.10.2025 (annexed as Annexure-P/3) before the Commandant, Bihar Special Armed Police-12, Bhim Nagar, Supaul. But, till date, no order has been passed on his representation.

4. Learned Senior counsel appearing for the State submits that Respondent no. 5 is step mother of the petitioner and therefore, it is necessary to take decision in accordance with law.

As such, in the light of submissions made, the Commandant, Bihar Special Armed Police-12, Bhim Nagar, Supaul (Respondent no. 4) is hereby directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2025 (Annexure-P/3) in accordance with law, within 90 days from the date of production of this order.

6. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
