The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant by Md. Akram. The petitioner being the mother of Md. Akram facilitates commission of offence.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion accusation has been levelled. The thrust of accusation is against the son of the petitioner Md. Akram.

Considering the thrust of accusation is against Md. Akram and the petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3625 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Refinery O.P.)
