JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR of Laheri P.S. Case No.206 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned counsel for the State has referred to para-8 of the counter affidavit and submitted that on completion of investigation, the police have already submitted their report under Section 173 CrPC in the court in which the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.350 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 petitioner has not been sent up for trial.

In view of the subsequent developments, which took place during pendency of the application, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave is granted.
