2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019 registered under section 329(A), 452, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with acid. Superficial burn injury has been found which has not caused any deformity on the face of the girl. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45960 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019.
