Petitioners raise their grievances by filing these writ petitions
Patna High Court CWJC No.1237 of 2016 dt.19-05-2016 2 / 2 that Ph.D increment has not been paid after necessary calculation made by the university as well as he has not been given benefit of 6th pay revision.
No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University in these matters.
Accordingly, these writ applications are being disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of the University to take a decision with respect to the grievance raised by the petitioners in these writ petitions within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If some amount is found admissible and payable to the petitioners, then immediate steps for payment should be made so that the same may be paid within a further period of two months.
