The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 285 ltrs of English Wine was recovered from mini truck. The petitioner is driver of the mini truck. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the driver of the truck and has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant him bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with
