2. This writ application has been filed for granting promotion to the petitioner to graduate trained pay scale as well as in the scale of Headmaster from the date of entitlement along with the monetary benefits.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is fully covered by judgment of this Hon'ble Court dated 12.09.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15610 of 2018.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.10205 of 2023(2) dt.24-10-2024 2/2 does not dispute the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagaria (Respondent No.

5) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of her claim within a period of six weeks from today.

6. In the event the petitioner files her representation within the stipulated period, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagaria (Respondent No. 5) shall examine the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and in light of the order dated 12.09.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15610 of 2018 and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation.
