Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 529 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 338, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused namely, Rajeev Ranjan @ Rajeev Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29117 of 2021 (Annexure-2). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
