Prayer of the petitioners is for a direction to issue them the original National Trade Certificate. Admittedly, the petitioners passed the said test in the examination held in the year 1998 in relation to the session 1996-98.

The provisional National Trade Certificate has been issued to them on 24.04.1999. All these years they have patiently waited for issuance of original Trade Certificate, which has not been

In view of the same, since the petitioners have already filed an application with the requisite fee, the Registrar, State Council for Vocational Training, Bihar and the Director, National Council of Vocational Training are directed to ensure that the original Trade Certificates are issued in favour of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order. Writ is allowed.
