2. In this case, the petitioner has made a complaint through this application that the girls, who are using the public transport, are not being treated properly. The main allegation has been made that they are being molested by co-male passengers during journey and no one takes care to the complain made to the authority, causing great inconvenience in navigation in bus, prayer has been made, suitable action should be taken against culprit. They face such harassment everyday.

3. It is basically a social problem which can be tackled by the social organisation. However, this Court directs the District Magistrate, Patna to look into the matter and ensure that especially the young girls should not to put any such type of harassment in their transportation. Further complain, public transport does not stop at proper place, as they stop the public transport in the middle of the road, causing great hardship to catch the public transport. District Administration is directed to issue instruction giving direction for stoppage of public transport at proper place.
4. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
