Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "I. To quash the advertisement dated 01.02.2020 published in the daily newspaper (Hindustan times, Patna) vide advertisement no. 005/2020 by which Aryabhatt Knowledge University, Patna was invited application for admission to Ph.D programme from interested post graduated (Dental and Ayurveda) without prior permission from the chancellor and approval of both

II. To further quash the final result of Ph.D admission test (Pat) 2020 (Dental), inpersuant to above mentioned advertisement issued by Aryabhatt Knowledge University, 12 in no. against the established law and in absence of proper guide as per the direction of the UGC and Dental Council of India to teach the student of Ph.D (Dental) and tried to ruin the carrier of these 12 candidates who has found qualified on the basis of illegal advertisement and in absence of proper permission of chancellor after obtaining approval from the syndicate as well as both the house of Legislature.

III. To enquire the entire process of Ph.D (Dental) Exam 2020 conducted under the Aryabhatt Knowledge university including the Admission of the one of the candidate namely Konark, son of the principal, Patna Dental College and Hospital (Dr. D.K.

Singh) against the law and knowing this fact that in Bihar only one guide is available to teach the Ph.D. (Dental), who is having a Ph.D. and as per the rule only two student may complete there Ph.D. under one qualified professor (guide in Patna Dental college) and
