2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 assaulted informant by means of iron rod, whereas petitioner no. 2 assaulted mother of informant with sword. Doctor has found grievous injury.
