Patna High Court MJC No.1019 of 2015 (4) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 supplementary show cause reads as under:-

8. That in these circumstances, the land in question (purchased by the petitioners before 09.09.1979) has now been de-notified vide Notification No.180 dated 23.09.2015 published in Gazette No.21/2015 dated 9.10.2015 and the said land shall certainly be made available to the petitioners giving them possession over the same upto October, 2016. It will not be out of place to be mentioned here that this time the District Administration is badly engaged in conducting the Panchayat Election successfully." 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the Administration is required to hand over the land to the petitioner upto October, 2016. If the Administration fails to comply his own undertaking the petitioner will be at liberty to file a petition for revival of the Contempt Petition.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition is disposed of.
