The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mansahi P.S. Case No. 07/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 354B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while measurement of land was being done for demarcation, the petitioner and others came and assaulted the informant and her husband and snatched away different articles.

It is submitted that there is a counter version being Mansahi P.S. Case No. 08/2017. The petitioner is co-sharer of the husband of the informant. Both sides compromised the case. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10591 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Katihar in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No. 07/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
