Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the admitted land dispute there is case and counter case between the parties. Both side sustained injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed
