The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No.25 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 8, 15 and 20 of NDPS Act.

Considering the seizure memo showing the land belongs to the petitioners, where the poppy plants were cultivated, no case for anticipatory bail is made out against the petitioner in the matter relating to N.D.P.S. The same is accordingly dismissed.
